Location
Phase 1 will be started with as many condos as necessary at Sentral Suites Condominiums in Brickfields.
Phase 2 will be at our own building with 100-200 condos in the Klang valley.
Phase 3 locations will be expanded to other cities from Johor Baru to Penang and all cities with demand for this in any city in between.
Fully Furnished
All our condos are fully furnished living, dining, and bedrooms.
New residents will pay a deposit for their bed linen so that everyone starts off with a fresh set of linen.
Residents will do their own laundry at the washer & dryer in the condo. The maids can help in this for a charge.
Food
We plan to serve various food like Malay, Chinese, Indian etc based on individual preferences.
Once a week everyone will get the same food so everyone can get to enjoy other foods.
In Phase 1 food will be cooked in a common area and delivered to each condo by the maid at every meal. Later when we have our own building there will be a common floor with a commercial kitchen and a clubhouse where the residents will come for every meal.
Utilities
All the utilities will be paid for. Things like Astro, Netflix, Prime, and other OTT platforms would be made available in every condo.
Every room and living area will be airconditioned and the electric charges will be paid for.
There will be a water filter at the kitchen sink.
Periodical maintenance of all electrical equipment will be conducted.
Housekeeping
A weekly cleaning of the condo will be done by the maid. In addition if there are incidental mess that has to be cleaned up will also be taken care of when the maids come to the condos with the food during meal times.
The maid will also clean up after every meal.
Facilities
All our projects will be with a common floor with swimming pools & jacuzzi, gym, common rooms for reading and meetings, barbecue equpment etc.
Residents can book the common rooms for having a family meeting or get together.
