A one time non-refundable amount is collected from each resident to cover the cost of new linens for their bed requirements. The resident would be responsible for their own laundry in the in-condo washer and dryer.
A two-month deposit and the first month's charge is required at the time of signing the lease contract. A minimum lease period of one year is required.
A helper will be attached to 2-3 condos who will bring all the meals and spread them on the dining table and residents can eat at their convenience. After the meal the helper will clear the table and do the dishes.
Once a week the helper will do housekeeping cleaning all the rooms and toilets. In between if it is needed they would do spot cleaning also.
