ShantiNiketan Florida, USA, was started by Iggy Ignatius in 2008. The project was started to provide a facility for Active Adult Seniors, where food, in addition to Housekeeping, Maintenance, Cultural activities etc was packaged in this community.

Three projects were developed over a period of 15 years as follows:
Phase 1 - 54 condo
Phase 2 - 120 condos
Phase 3 - 120 condos
All the three phases come with a Clubhouse where a commercial kitchen serves all the meals, has multiple activity rooms etc

On retiring, Iggy has chosen to retire in Malaysia on a MM2H visa (being a US citizen) with his wife Rani.

Now they are embarking on bringing their expertise to Malaysia by establishing a low-cost retirement facility in various cities in Malaysia, starting with Kuala Lumpur in 2025.
